Claudia Sanders’ wedding celebrations are steeped in old Southern traditions and romance. Imagine a majestic, historic southern setting that has been prepared just for you. Celebrate your love in the magnificent Main Dining Room or Sun-Dappled Courtyard Garden. Our wedding celebrations can accommodate a large gathering or ones of a more intimate scale . Either way, they’re always flawlessly executed and breathtakingly beautiful.

If you cater your wedding reception with Claudia Sanders we offer the use of our facility for your ceremony free of charge, both inside our facility or in our beautiful outdoor garden.

Our Dinner House provides you with a wide selection of rooms to make your event special. We have the right room or combination of rooms to accommodate most any group for business meetings, organization meetings, receptions, banquets or buffets.

The Kentucky Room has the charm of a large family room with a fireplace and will seat up to 150. The Thoroughbred and Saddlebred Rooms both have Kentucky horse country motif and each comfortably seat up to 55. The Colonel’s Quarters is our largest banquet room. It has warmth, a large fireplace, will seat up to 450 or standing room for 1000, and can always be divided to accommodate your needs.

We design our service around your needs for your event. Our local staff provides breakfast, lunch, dinner or receptions and served buffet style, in stations, family style, plated service or hand passed. Buffets require a minimum of 30 guests.

We are a full service cater specializing in ‘Real country cooking Kentucky style’. However, we have an experienced staff that is qualified to prepare many culinary cuisines, to make your catered event special for you and your guests.

We also have a full beverage service for all your events. You may have a host, guest bar or a combination.

Receptions are based on a per person price for food, beverage by the drink or bottle and any other special services requested. (minimum of 50 guests)

A Basic Reception includes: skirted service tables with serving equipment, china or glass plates, forks, napkins and tables & chairs for you guests, all other services will be at an additional charge. The minimum reception will have five selections from below, that may include non-alcoholic beverages.
